I don't know. Most of it surely is UTF-8 Unicode English text, with very
long lines, but what the fuck is =C3=A2 doing in the following descriptio=
n:
This package contains toolbar-like =C3=A2panels=C3=A2
the sides of your X desktop, or left =C3=A2floating=C3=A2
used in conjunction with the Gnome Desktop Environment. Many features
are provided for use with the panels =C3=A2 including an application men=
u,
clock, mail checker, network monitor, quick launch icons and the like.
I don't know any =C3=A2panels=C3=A2, nor do I know what =C3=A2floating=C3=
=A2 or ... panels =C3=A2
including ... mean. Also when I would remove the =C3=A2's it's not clear =
what
is meant!
