I've attached a menu-file replacement which adds a hint 'Bug reporting',
which is in line with reportbug.

People using the hints facility of the menu system will have the benefit
of the 'System' menu organised into sub-menus, one of which could be
'Bug reporting'.

Please include this menu file in the next re-packaging of bug-buddy.
