Bug#313126: nautilus: WebDAV doesn't work with non-standard ports

Connecting to WebDAV servers only works with the standard http/https
ports (80/443).  Connecting servers on other ports gives something like:

The version of nautilus in Ubuntu's Breezy Badger doesn't have this
problem.
