Bug#313167: gnome-screenshot: remember previous selected directory

It would be really nice for gnome-screenshot to remember the previous
selected directory. I don't know whether this would be something for
gnome-screenshot to implement (or FileChooserDialog), but I can imagine
that you would want most of your screenshots go into the same directory
, so it would be really nice if gnome-screenshot could support this.
