Package: gnome-control-center
Version: 1:2.0.1.1-5
Severity: normal

If you download a theme file to ~/.themes and attempt to install it
via the Install New Theme... button in the theme preferences capplet,
the file will be deleted and the theme will not be installed. Both
actions are taken silently.

This is rather bad behavior IMO.
