Bug#314690: metacity: mad flickering when using sloppy focus and fullscreen windows

hi,

I use gconf's sloppy focus in /apps/metacity/general/focus_mode. When i
have a fullscreen window open and another active one on top of it,
opening a child window in the active one causes the focus to switch
between the fullscreen window and the newly created one.

To reproduce, open a terminal, make the window full screen. Start a new
firefox, which will appear on top of the terminal, and open firefox's
About window.
