Package: gnome-applets
Version: 2.10.1-3
Severity: normal

When I select 'move to trash' in Nautilus, the trash applet doesn't
realise that an item has been added to the trash--the icon doesn't
change and the menu item for 'empty the trash' is greyed out.

If I remove and add the trash applet to my panel again, the icon shown
is the new one and the menu item is available, however once I empty the
trash the icon doesn't change and the menu item is still available.
