Bug#315822: librsvg2-bin: Cannot handle svg files unless they are in the current directory

If the SVG file is in a subdirectory, then it fails:
karl@einstein: ...~ $ rsvg --width 64 --height 64 docs/favicon.svg docs/favicon-64.png

(process:12918): librsvg-WARNING **: Error loading SVG file.

karl@einstein: ...~ $ cd docs
karl@einstein: ...~/docs $ rsvg --width 64 --height 64 favicon.svg favicon-64.png

According to:
    http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_id=7383563&forum_id=12476
it appears to be a know bug though.
