After today's upgrade (I upgrade my pkgs every day) I cannot type anymore
inside my mini-commander applet. This used to work well until yesterday.

Apparently, this bug has been there in the past and has been tracked
down to an impossibility to get input focus. This bug makes the
mini-commander applet totally useless (at least for me).
