Bug#298360: capplets-data: /usr/share/applications/themus-theme-applier.desktop should be fixed or removed

The "Apply theme" menu entry has no category or icon. Nothing happens
when it is launched.

Additionally, it has no manpage or usage statement, but those are
separate issues :)
