There should be an option to automagically launch xscreensaver after
gnome-keyboard-applet finishes "typing break".
Typing break encourages to leave room where the computer is,
but there is no guarantee that other users won't misuse the keyboard
right after the break is finished.

The other option would be to integrate 'typing break' enforcement with
xscreensaver daemon (better - if you ask me, because daemon already
tracks idle time for other purpose).
