Package: nautilus
Version: 2.8.2-1
Severity: normal

When I right-click on a PDF file, select Open with Other Application,
and type in /usr/bin/xpdf it opens in xpdf. When I close xpdf and
then click on the file again, it opens in gpdf (or some other PDF
viewer) again. Apparently, the file associations aren't getting
updated. Furthermore, there doesn't seem to be any other way of setting
file associations.

(This is particularly annoying because, with KDE installed at the same
time, I'm also getting a haphazard mix of KDE applications running
under Gnome.)
