Hi Simon,

Could you please test Balsa 2.3.1-1 and see if you lbdb bug is still
there? 2.3.1 has fixed "#306553: balsa: Cannot add new address book", so
it may have also fixed this error, but since I don't use lbdb myself, I
can't test it myself.
