Bug#269787: Balsa maintainer comments.

Thanks for the patch - we really appreciate it! It has been merged to =20
balsa CVS with minor changes - comments follow:

- balsa.1 is a generated file - the original man page is in balsa.1.in.
- page contained several systematic spelling errors, the most frequent =20
were: a). writing words together (addressbook, charactersets), b). =20
incorrect use of "it's".

- --disable-crash-dialog is beyond balsa control. It is provided by and =20
broken in GNOME UI Library.

- thanks for the comments on functionality of -o and -u - they have =20
been fixed in CVS (Andrew: are you interested in a patch?

- location of the AUTHORS file is distribution dependent - this part =20
should possibly be fixed by a Debian-specific patch, alternatively an =20
automatically generated path determined by configure should be inserted =20
there - similarly to @VERSION@ string.

- re license string, I inserted usual text as in GNU-licenced packages.
