Bug#310075: /usr/lib/control-center/gnome-settings-daemon: Want man page for gnome-settings-daemon

I needed the man page.

In case you don't intend to write one (I realize there are probably 
more pressing problems around), feel free to close this as WONTFIX.

Saying "there is no need for a man page" is simply false (since I 
obviously needed it).  Do you know if there's *any* documentation for 
gnome-settings-daemon at all?  I tried Google without finding anything 
:-(.
