Bug#314635: mini_commander_applet: error while loading configuration information

This is quite an annoying bug.

It has been fixed in ubuntu bug DB
http://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/show_bug.cgi?id=12966
and is also mentioned in gnome bugzilla
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=311562

I've tried all the gconftool-2 commands mentioned before on this bug, I've even compiled and run
mc-install-default-macros, but that annoying dialog box still persists...
