Epiphany freezes whenever I try to print something. The print dialog opens all right, but clicking on OK causes the application to freeze. I don't perceive any abnormal CPU usage levels. For the record, I don't have any local or remote printers setup, and I haven't tried printing to a file.

Sometimes I accidentally press Ctrl+P then Enter thinking that Emacs, or some other application with Emacs-like key bindings has focus, just to find Epiphany had it instead and, moreover, that it froze and needs to be restarted.

Well, you pay the price. The default printing client configuration is
to connect to on the IPP port, since you don't have an IPP
server there, or have something else, weird things happen.

The fact that the dependency is only a "Recommends" is to let most
people have cupsys (and eg. queue print jobs locally), and let
experienced people reconfigure their client libraries and remove
cupsys (you can even keep cupsys in this case).

 Quoting the Debian Policy:

This declares a strong, but not absolute, dependency.

The Recommends field should list packages that would be found
together with this one in all but unusual installations.

Hence, I'm closing this bug. Don't force me to use Depends instead.
