Bug#338426: strange line on my gnome desktop when using keyboard

I'm using sid and since last upgrade my gnome screen have
 strange line (like wrong hsync) when using keyboard
maybe a problem of refresh
in fact this line go up or down on the screen
only happen with gnome and even if i change theme
