Hi,

It seems that the environment is not set for applications launched through a
keybinding defined in gnome-keybinding-properties.

As an example, if I launch evolution through the defined keybinding, it does
not take into account running seahorse-agent, and fails to sign/encrypt outgoing
e-mail. I don't have this problem when evolution is launched manually (terminal 
emulator or icon).
This problem happens if seahorse-agent is launched by gnome-session, or manually
after the session starts. It does not happen when invoked in ~/.gnomerc
More over, evolution takes a longer time to launch when using key binding than when
clicking on an icon.

I think it is a problem of start order (does gnome-session start *after* the "daemon"
that manages the key bindings?), but don't know how to prove that.

This bug may also have been reported to gnome-session, please feel free to move/copy
it if needed.

I can do other tests if you want.
