Bug#341018: libgamin0 has circular Depends on gamin

Hello Debian GNOME maintainers,

There is a circular dependency between libgamin0 and gamin:

libgamin0 :Depends: gamin
gamin 	  :Depends: libgamin0 (= 0.1.7-2)

Circular dependencies are known to cause problems during upgrade,
so we should try to get rid of them.

Since libgamin0 is a library package, it is quite likely it does not
need actually to depend on gamin and removing this dependency would
remove the circular dependency, so I would suggest you do so.
