Package: dasher
Version: 3.2.11-1
Severity: normal

I'm using a French keymap with very little customisation:

,----
| Section "InputDevice"
| Identifier "Generic Keyboard"
| Driver "keyboard"
| Option "CoreKeyboard"
| Option "XkbRules" "xfree86"
| Option "XkbModel" "pc105"
| Option "XkbLayout" "fr"
|         Option          "XkbOptions"    "group:switch,ctrl:nocaps,inet:=
dell,altwin:left_meta_win,compose:rwin"
| EndSection
`----

Starting dasher seems to make my AltGr key inoperant until I restart
X. Sample output from xev when I try to AltGr-6 to get a pipe symbol
before running dasher:

After running dasher:

een YES,
| XLookupString gives 0 bytes: ""

And no pipe symbol appears, and no other AltGr-keys work either.

Roland.

Ok, so we already have a bug for it.
