Bug#339965: gdm: Complaining of wrong permissions on .dmrc

As far as I can tell it doesn't read root's .dmrc but I can't tell that
for sure.

What I can tell is what "fixes" the problem for me. It's removing group
write permissions from my homedir (even though it's owned by the group
in which only my user is in).

After some testing, I noticed that the home directory may at have
permissions of 755 at maximum, as soon as group or others have write
permissions the .dmrc message appears.

So the message hasn't really something to do with .dmrc but with the
permissions of your home directory.
