Bug#332422: gtk2: The save file dialog lets me create an folder bug I can't get rid of it anymore

The default gtk2 file save dialog has a button to create a folder, but there's no way to remove an accidently created folder or to rename it. This is bad UI design if you can do something which you can't take back later on.
