Bug#146403: eog: Fails to display MS bmp

Hi,

none of the links provided in the bug log work anymore, and there's been
a report of someone who supposedly has been able to test it and says
it's been fixed.

Can you either provide a file that causes problems or confirm that it
has indeed been fixed?
