Bug#326465: totem: shuffle mode never changes

When playing a few files with repeat and shuffle on, the order of the
playlist does not change from one run to the other. Starting and
stopping again the shuffle mode does the trick.

It would be nice if the playlist order was reshuffled each time all the
files have been played.
