Hi,

I have built the packages unstripped and have tried to answer your
questions.

When run from a user created menu (panel) entry in xfce which calls
"glabels" glabels starts, and when "New" is selected, a dialog box
saying "The Application "glabels" has quit unexpectely. You can inform
the developers of what happened to help them fix it. Or you can restart
the application right now" Two buttons, "Restart Application" and
"Close".

** (glabels:30984): WARNING **: No paper files found!

** (glabels:30984): WARNING **: No template files found!

Then when "New" is selected from app:

(glabels:30984): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_entry_set_text: assertion `text != NULL' failed

** (glabels:30984): WARNING **: No template files found!

Without the --g-fatal-warnings argument the backtrace is 55 lines. I
can send that if you would like it.

Thanks for all your help.
