Bug#328116: mini_commander_applet: Macro changes not activated unless applet is removed and reloaded

When a macro change (addition of a new one or editing of an existing one) is
performed the user expects it is activated when closing the setting
window or even pressing the enter key (which stops input in the field
being input).

This used to be the observed behaviour. Since the 2.10.1-5 version, in
Debian testing the new behaviour is that one is not able to see the
changes he/she has done in the macro until the applet is removed from
the panel and reloaded.
