Bug#328295: gnome-terminal-data: missing depends

The postinst (generated by debhelper, I think) contains a snippet from
dh_gconf, which calls gconftool-2. The package does not, however, depend
on the package that provides that command. Adding the dependency or
alternatively calling gconftool-2 only if it is installed would seem to
be in order.

If the conditional calling is the better solution, please reassign this
bug to dh_gconf.
