  * Remove circular dependency between libgconf2-4 and gconf2
    (closes: #316403).
    + move libexecdir to /usr/lib/libgconf2-4,
    + new package: gconf2-common,
    + move the defaults directories to gconf2-common,
    + move the documentation to libgconf2-dev,
    + move the configuration file to gconf2-common and handle it with ucf,
    + move locale and SGML stuff to gconf2-common.
  * Rewrite the package descriptions.
