Gedit provide a visual right margin, but I don't see a way to wrap my 
documents using that right margin.  I'm typically editing email or 
USENET posts in gedit and I would like to be able to hit a key and have
the message word wrapped to 72 columns.  I would like it if this would
handle quoted text properly as well.  That is, text prepended with a 
">" or a ">>" should result in paragraphs that are properly wrapped and
still quoted with ">" or ">>".  

This could be handled simply by providing a way to pipe the page through
a filter like "par" on unix.  I'll add that feature request as another
bug report.  It is more flexible than the feature I'm asking for here
and isn't really the best choice for most people to solve this problem.
