Maybe this should've been a severity minor, but I don't actually know that.
In .xsession-errors I have found this error message:

Failed to run gconf-sanity-check-2: Failed to execute child process "/usr/lib/gconf2/gconf-sanity-check-2" (No such file or directory)

That file is indeed non-existant, but I see that it exists in another
place, so at least this seems like an easy fixable problem.
