This happened to me to.  Fortunately, I had a backup could compare to.

In the original, I had a .gnome2/session-manual file, which looked
like this:


[Default]
num_clients=1
0,RestartStyleHint=3
0,Priority=50
0,RestartCommand=/usr/bin/azureus 
0,Program=/usr/bin/azureus


After the update, that file does not exist.
