Bug#361798: balsa: good news : no more UI freeze

Hello,

good news : I don't see the bug any more. I can select and display all messages. Balsa is working.

I'm Joe User, not a DD, but here is my guess : libgtkhtml3.8 has been upgraded from 3.8.1-1 to 3.8.1-1.1 and the bug was is the old library, not in Balsa.

I suggest that the new Balsa packaging requires libgtkhtml3.8 >= 3.8.1-1.1
