Bug#362316: libglib2.0-data: slight change to long description

The package description says:

> This package contains the common files which the runtime libraries need.

This left me wondering why libglib2.0 only recommends libglib2.0-data, if
the files are "needed". I suggest the following replacement:

  This package is needed for the runtime libraries to display messages in
  languages other than English.

This also explains the nature of the contained files, so that a more informed
decision can be made whether to install this package alongside libglib2.0.
