Bug#362451: gtk+2.0: FTBFS: Needs update to Build-Depends

I was trying to rebuild the gnome libraries locally to get rid of the
references to /usr/lib/libXcursor.la, but got stuck at gtk+2.0 because it's
now impossible to satisfy the Build-Depends.  From my pbuilder build log:

It seems there is no longer any xlibs-static-pic or xlibs-pic in the XOrg 7.0
packages.
