Bug#361697: glib2.0: Please add add udeb: lines to shlibs file

Upgrading severity to important as this and pango are now the only 
packages in the udeb dependency transition that need to be done before we 
can integrate the graphical version of the installer into the main build 
system.
As pango depends on glib2.0, we can only do pango when this BR is done.

An upload containing the patch in the BR would be very much appreciated.
