[Bug 56070] Can't click button after setting it sensitive.

I thought that was fairly obvious, but if not it would explain why we're still
pondering over this!

A button in that is both HIGHLIGHTED and INSENSITIVE should be rendered without
regards to the highlighted state. Solved!
