Package: eog
Version: 2.14.0-1
Severity: normal
Hi there,
Since eog 2.14.0 is out, I sometimes get segfaults when trying to view
an image from within mutt. Most of the time eog works fine, but
sometimes I get a segfault, either immediately when eog is started or
after a second or so.
At different times I get different messages in my terminal from eog when
it segfaults, but the message is always something like one of the
following three:
1:
---
No profile, not correcting
Multiple segmentation faults occurred; can't display error dialogue
---
2:

Xlib: unexpected async reply (sequence 0x42c)!

When I try to start eog again on the same image, sometimes I get another
segfault, and sometimes I don't.
I have never encountered this problem when starting eog from anywhere
other than within mutt, but most of the time I start eog it is from
within mutt, so I don't really know whether this problem occurs in other
uses.
Cheers,
Bram Senders
