Closing 'Please split the package [gnome-system-tools] up into its component modules'

Hi,

a long long time ago you filed a bug about gnome-system-tools that it
should be split up into components. Given that the package contains
under 800K of binaries that go well together and that the data part
can not be reasonably split (see below) I believe it is better to keep
them in one package.

The major component of the package are the locales and to a smaller
degree the help files. The locales are not per tool but a single file
and can not easily be split into multiple packages. Splitting just the
help files would result in tiny packages for no real benefit.

PS: If you want to not have the buggy components in your path you can
dpkg-divert them.
