Bug#383027: devhelp: transparent headers overalping content

I made upgrade from 0.11 to 0.12 and now the navigation header is transparent.
And when I scroll down content. It's headers is overlapping content making it
partially unreadable. 

I have two screen-shoots attached: The first one with initial scrolling
postion, and second one with text scrolled down (here you can see what's the
problem).
