Bug#383155: industrial-cursor-theme lacks some symbols and symlinks for KDE

The package lacks some symbols and symlinks needed in KDE, such that window 
resize, xkill and drag&drop use standard core symbols. The missing one's can

and some nice replacement for cross and question here:

- both w/o the pirate symbol which I symlinked to X_cursor.

I suggest merging the above to industrial-cursor-theme in case it doesn't 
corrupt GNOME (or other) usage.
