I agree with the general analysis that it risks to open a can of worms
but that we can support a "no games" exception as it is particularly
wanted and understandable in, say, office constraints.
I have a problem with introducing a "| no-games" dep though, I could
see no other example of this in main, and I'm not sure it's an
acceptable thing to do.
I would prefer another technical solution, but I agree with supporting
this.
