 That's very curious.  This suggests that either a package is missing
 dependencies or that some packages are corrupted on your system.

 On my system, /usr/share/xml/docbook/schema/dtd/4.1.2/docbookx.dtd is
 in the same package as
 /usr/share/xml/docbook/schema/dtd/4.1.2/dbgenent.mod which seems to be
 missing on your system.  The relevant package is docbook-xml.

 Could you try running debsums on your system, or perhaps only on the
 packages which we discussed?  (docbook-xml, yelp, scrollkeeper)

 You may also want to "dpkg -S
 usr/share/xml/docbook/schema/dtd/4.1.2/docbookx.dtd" and "dpkg -S
 usr/share/xml/docbook/schema/dtd/4.1.2/dbgenent.mod".
