Bug#384459: file-roller: doesn't work with p7zip

Package: file-roller

file-roller recommends p7zip but some time ago the executable of that
package was changed from "7z" to "7zr" and file-roller still expects the
old "7z".
Solution: Either make file-roller use "7zr" or change the recommendation
to "p7zip-full" which provides "7z".
