I can reproduce this easy, I'm also running Evolution from experimental
and gnome-panel from unstable.

I have (I think) a similar issue with web calendars, the below calendar
with Swedish holidays works fine in Evo, but the panel clock calendar
always display a given holiday over two consecutive days.

E.g. the clock displays "Annandag jul" for both the 26 of december and
the 27th.

My time zone is Europe/Stockholm (GMT +1 hour).
