Bug#401194: libvte4: gnome-terminal uses 100% cpu when the screen

For the record, this bug is fixed in vte 0.14.1 in experimental.
Also, as vte 0.14 doesn't depend on gtk 2.10, it may be an option to
upload it to unstable. It definitely brings important speed
improvements.
