Bug#402177: epiphany-browser: Doesn't honour the browser.tabs.loadOnNewTab option

Because that option is present in epiphany's about:config, and I didn't
find any documentation neither in the Help menu, nor on the website. Any
link that I could have missed is welcome.

I also thought that epiphany's based on gecko, so one could hope that
Mozilla documentation applies. Am I wrong?

And if that option isn't effective, removing it from about:config could
be an idea, right?

Again, any pointer welcome.
