Could be related to this bug,

If not, there are still some good debugging tips there, please try this:

See if standalone cdparanoia can read any tracks. 
 cdparanoia -d /dev/cdrom 1-1

Try to reproduce the problem with GStreamer debugging messages enabled,
and attach the log to a mail to the report.
 export GST_DEBUG=*:4
 gst-launch-0.10 cdda://1 ! autoaudiosink 2>&1 | gzip > dbg.log
