Bug#403694: totem-xine: unable to play vorbis files

the current version of totem-xine in etch no longer supports ogg vorbis audio.
i think this is a recent regression because i remember being able to
play vorbis without problem not too long ago.

download an example ogg file (for example from
http://www.lugradio.org/episodes/67), and try to play in totem-xine.
you will get an error that says "Audio codec 'vorbis' is not handled.
You might need to install additional plugins to be able to play some
types of movies."
