According to the upstream changelog it fixes 27 bugs.

The glib in unstable is destined for etch, whether you like it or not.

Sorry, but you don't make a soname bump just for the sake of
applications ignoring function semantics. If you can't read the desktop
entry specification (explicitly referenced by the glib documentation)
that says "Key names must contain only the characters A-Za-z0-9-", it's
too bad for you if it starts breaking later.

Robert, can you send me a key-file that fails loading with the latest
glib, so that I can see which characters it is using in keys?
